2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be made via WhatsApp or through our online booking system (available soon). We kindly ask clients to arrive on time. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with our clinic policies.
3. Online Store and Product Delivery
Our website offers a selection of herbal wellness products for sale. Products are available for delivery throughout Malaysia.
Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Returns & Refunds: We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or mutual agreement between buyer and seller. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate the process.
